1.how does the sidekick " $1 " work is for 24hours and also it said is 0.15cent per min how does that work out for "$10,$25,$50,$100"

i got a used blackberry and i get " sidekick plan " now

and i buy the starter kick and $100 TMO card for an instant 1yrs / 0.10cent a min

will i get charge this rate for
not get charge the $1 for the web and get charge the 0.10cent a min
or
will i get charge the $1 fee and the 0.15cent per min

3.what is the maximum of minutes car rollover for tmo

4.if i buy a tmo $100 card for $0.10min for the 1yrs it will stay 0.10 no matter what is i put difference amount card in "$10,$25,$50,$100"
