I just received my replacement phone and I need to restore my original and get rid of the personal information. The problem with my old phone was my display went completely white. I can't see to do the restore so I have no idea if it restored it. If I take it into an alltel store will they be able to do it without seeing anything? What happens if I send it in and it still has personal data on it? Will they do it at the factory after they repair the screen?
