It is a raging POS. Battery lasts 3 hours tops, with NO use whatsoever. It gets *blazing* hot, also, with no use. Hot enough to burn me a little bit (ie it shocked me that it was that hot, not literal burns). To top it all off the SD card doesn't fit either, haha. I took it to the Sprint store. "We don't repair phones anymore, sorry, we used to." They actually sent a new customer out with a phone that could possibly burn my face if I actually used it. Now I have to drive to another store tomorrow. That irritates me. I am *not* sending it back, I want a swap out. This is a new experience for me, definitely the scariest phone I've ever owned. Hopefully the next one is better  :D

Airb330 why do you keep getting RAZR's? Your T-Mobile one was bad and I myself have told you that Motorola RAZR's are pretty much crap.

Be very careful with the phone if it's getting hot, check that the battery hasn't expanded any and if it has remove it. Some of the phones that exploded the batterys were expanding & getting very hot.

As for the Sprint not fixing phones anymore, I heard they are doing away with that in all their corp. stores, so they will be more like Cingular & T-Mobile & you will have to ship your phone in or find a reseller that still fixes them.

They should have done the swap out though, especially if it's new, I would call CS to explain this problem to them & tell them you want a swap out & see if they will let you go back to the store to do this.
