This is a warning about WirelessGalaxy.com also known as cellphonecarnival.com I recently placed an order for a great deal: Motorola V60 for $0 and $14.99 shipping. After putting in my credit card info I received an email delivery confirmation from them for the $14.99 price. After not hearing from them for 2 days. I started the inquiry. Below are the emails. So far they don't intend to honor the special price. Does anyone have similar experience? What are my options beside reposting them to bbb? START of emails: To: email@example.com It has been 2 days since my order was placed. I have not received any shipping status. Please confirm order and when I can expect my order. There was a computer error and showed the price of the phone for free which isn’t the case if you would like the phone all you need to do is go back to cell phone carnival and make another for the amount listed and we will go ahead and process the order In case you have further questions don't hesitate to let me know. Even after I received a confirmation email and made screen shots of your web page showing the price before you changed it? Please have a manager verify this as I will need an official denial before taking my next step. I will certainly provide feedback on various blogs and my favorite web site clarkhoward.com (already posted some info on this situation). Please reconsider as this decision could cost you a lot more in public opinion/feedback ratings. I did not attempt to profit or be opportunistic by making multiple orders. I certainly expected this to offer to be honored since many sites offer free products and make the profit up on the shipping and handling. I await your/managers response. If you would like, I can process this order and get it shipped to you at that sales price. We wont charge you any shipping charges to cover you for your inconvenience.
