    Hi Friends....

    I am new to this area... I am looking for a wireless card for my Laptop through which I can access internet. Could You please advise who are the service providers and what are the costs.

    Which area are you looking at?
    Besides Verizon, Sprint/Nextel & Cingular their may be a regional provider that you can use.

    I am at Sao Paulo Brazil... Can You just inform whether those provider are international and what are the costs?? Can You help me with website?

    These ones I mentioned are US providers, and can go international, but not for an extended time since the roaming fees would be too high.

    Maybe someone else can post a provider that will work for you in Brazil & not cost you a fortune.

    If you are living in Brazil and plan to use your service in Brazil, you are better off using a Brazilian carrier. Here's a list of carriers in Brazil:

    As for the US carriers listed in the previous post above, you will need to enter a ZIP code to view their plans and coverage. You can enter the zip code 10026 which belongs to New York City. After you enter the zip code, you'll see the plans they offer and their cost.
