Nice, so geek!!!
Thank God it wasn't Windows ME...Of course that never would have worked as WinME would have killed the poor phone before it ever got started.
Can we just forget WinME ever happened?
I had Windows ME on an old computer and didn't have any problems with it.
Count yourself among the fortunate. I had it on a Sony Vaio. It was a living nightmare. It froze constantly. I had more "Windows needs to scan for errors as the system was not shut down properly" from having to force reboot the thing.
WindowsXP has been a blessed dream compared to ME. Never ANY problems with it in 6 years on my Dell Inspiron laptop.
I think Windows 95 is the only one that gave me problems and I only had it for about a year before upgrading to 98 second edition.
I never had any problems with Win 95. I used win 95 for 4 or 5 years until ME came out. I used ME for a couple of years, but eventually ran into problems finding drivers for new hardware, so I went to Win 98 2nd edition. and used that till I bought my first XP machine ~ 2005. Then had a Vista laptop and now I'm on Win 7 with this new laptop.
