Will any sim card work on a cellphone?

    like it needs to be a cellphone provider sim card or can it be any sim card!?!?

    Your SIM card is what carries your account information. You in escence "activate" a SIM card when signing up for GSM service, and any phone which has your SIM card will have your wireless number and bill all expenses to your account. You can use your SIM card in any GSM phone that's A) from your carrier or unlocked, and B) Operates in the frequency your carrier uses.
