I know with T Mobile you can use the phone over WiFi. Is this available on AT&T's network?

Thanks for that. I didn't think it was possible, but wanted to be sure.

I make WiFi calls using Skype via my AT&T Mobility 8925 Tilt, using the Windows Mobile client. It would work over 3G data also, but not EDGE.

I use Skype for free computer to computer calls, and use SkypeOut to South Korea numbers (same price as USA & Canada, $0.021/minute + $0.045 connect charge).

What the original poster was asking is whether AT&T has a program similar to the Hot Spot@Home offered by T-Mobile. T-Mobile allows you to switch seamlessly back and forth between Wi-Fi and the cellular network. All of the VoIP programs assign you a virtual number which is different from your wireless number.
