I recently added a car phone and when I'm in my car I forward calls to my cell on to my car phone. Verizon told me when I got the car phone that forwardng calls would count double for each call as the cell receives and then sends the call and then the car phone receives it, so essentially it's two phones getting the same call. I figured I had enough minutes in my plan to cover that, but I was wrong. And last month was a family reunion, so there were LOADS of calls. Well, I just got a bill for nearly $200; more than double my usual bill. So I call Verizon and they tell me what they told me before, that the increase is due to basically doubling usage for every call I forwarded, but they can offer me 200 more minutes per month for $10 more AND, the best part, they can rate adjust my bill to cover last month's overage. So now my bill for last month is only $10 more than usual, as it will be from here on out.

    Nicely done, Verizon. :thumb:
