From his perch at Jet City Device Repair in Chicago, store manager Neal Dexter wants you to know something about broken phones: It's not you. There's a reason so many of us are cracking phone screens seemingly more than ever. They don't make them like they used to. As smartphones got bigger, yet thinner, they've become "super fragile and easy to break," he says. "The new ones are so delicate."..... https://www.usatoday.com/story/tech...martphone-screens-break-so-easily/1227024001/
They don’t. They are made from the same Gorilla Glass as other manufacturers. A broken screen is a testament to how well a user looks after their device, you should not blame the device for people lack care. I’ve owned an iPhone for 8 years, I rarely drop it, and have never shattered a screen because I know it’s value and take good care of it. you may SEE more broken iPhone screens because there are so many more iPhones visible in middle to upper-middle class areas in the US. iPhone users statistically use their devices more than Android users as well, which means it is in their hands more often, and more likely to be dropped.
