When will ATT lose their license?

    ATT has license to operate at 1900 for both TDMA and GSM in my area. You can check @ the main site here, and enter 19977. They do not have a presence here.....just a small one (VERY small) at the top of the state in another county. When will they lose this license (cause I don't think they will ever build here), I want the spectrum (or whatever) to go to a company that actually cares about this area. I guess ATT is fine with getting lots of roaming charges from Cingular in this region.
