    Oh, and by the way, it was 100 degrees again today. Tomorrow's supposed to be 15 degrees cooler...yeah, right. I'll believe it when I feel it.

    Ok Mike, but today it is in the 40's with a cold steady rain. So maybe the pigeon decided to stay in California where it is sunny and warm.;)

    If the pigeon doesn't make it to you, I am sending our weather over, not as good as Mike's but better than yours & what we have been having.

    It is supposed to be in the 60's this time of the year for us also. Currently it is sunny and 52, high to be 57.

    Beer and Brats is the staple food during the Packer season with nachos and cheese as munchies, and Joe, Don't Be Fresh. :D

    Well it's currently 55 degrees right now with a little bit of sun. It will move up to 61 degrees, however looks like the sun won't be sticking around for long.

    Today is a perfect 79 degrees, clear and breezy. Unfortunately the heat will return for the next 4 or 5 days. They say it will only get as high as 93...Yeah right. The way our heat waves work, we'll be skirting the 100 degree mark on one or several of those days. :rolleyes:

    In any case, it's supposed to cool down some again next week.

    It's finally gonna be a nice day here, 77º with plenty of sun.

    Finally had a clear night (a little chilly, 40º)
    and I just got done watching the great Orionid Meteor Shower, very pretty :)

    Currently 50 degrees right now and cloudy. It's supposed to drop to 48 though the afternoon and rain and tonight will be cool at 41.

    It's supposed to be in the low 90s today with the Santa Ana winds blowing. When it's windy like this, the air is very clear here. So today is a beautifully clear Fall day.

    The weather's expected to cool down considerably this week. Again, I'll believe it when I feel it.

    After several days in the low 90s, it's cooled down considerably today. It's only 70 degrees and cloudy.

    It's starting to get dangerously windy outside. Not an actual Santa Ana, but awful close except without the heat. Gonna be lots of blowing dust outside...Not good for those with allergies.

    It's going to be a nice, comfortably warm Halloween weekend. After several days of cool, below average weather and cold (by SoCal standards) nights, a mild Santa Ana condition is setting up. Temps will reach 80 today and 85 to 89 over the weekend. We could even hit the low 90s again by Sunday...

    It's barely 11am (PST) and it's already 90 degrees. I have a feeling we could hit (at or close to) 100 degrees today...UNBELIEVABLE!!! :eek: :rolleyes:

    Thankfully I will be heading to the mountains to Lake Arrowhead in a few hours, so the temperature drop will be considerable as it's only going to be in the low 70s up there. This is the benefit of being in a place at an elevation of around 5200 feet. :D

    By the way, the view of the valley below is spectacular from they highway (CA-18) leading up to Lake Arrowhead. This is one of the perks of SoCal, the beach, the desert, the mountains, and the basin are 4 distinct micro-climates, all within a reasonable distance from each other.
