It is hellish here in OC even at the beaches. I'm only 5 miles inland from heach and it is 102. I am glad this ends today!
It hit 111 in Long Beach today... It was hotter here than the place I left. Still 92 degrees right now.
Well it went from broiling to thundery and humid to cold and rainy to warm again. It was about 88 in LB today, though it was far more comfortable the 88 would normally feel like. Overall a spectacularly beautiful day. So much better at the beach than in the valley...
By Election Day, temps in SoCal could be in the 90s, even near the coast! It's November already and Summer just won't quit... In any case, at least the nights are cool.
The sun is finally out after 7 days (and more than 10 inches) of incessant rain. I love the rain, but even this was too much. In what was forecasted to be a dry Fall/Winter season has been anything but... This has been like an el nino year than a la nina (of which the weather people claim we're in).
80 degrees at the beach by Saturday... Much better than the mounds (or should I say mountains) of snow clogging the Northeast (and other areas of the country).
It gets worse (for you), instead of it being 80 on Saturday, it's already 85 here today. Which means it could be close to 90 by Saturday.

Oh yes, it's TORTURE! Somehow, I'm finding the will to survive. It ain't easy, though. What with this 85 degree weather and all...
It got warmer today - 24F - and no wind. The sun actually came out for a bit. I need it warmer so I can wash my car!
This Florida boy cannot handle this Korean winter. It is a COLD -2 F. A couple of days ago I was shooting the breeze with a buddy of mine and I told him that back home when it would get cold, like down into the fifties, and he busted laughing at me. (I think this makes 493)
76 degrees for the high today in my neck of the woods, and a comfortable 64 degrees right now. Beats the snow misery on the East Coast.
A perfect 72 degrees and lots of sunshine. Been a warm and dry January, which is a far cry from our water-logged December.
Warm and Dry for us as well, 29 and no snow. Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.1-update1; en-us; SonyEricssonX10a Build/2.0.2.A.0.24) AppleWebKit/530.17 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/530.17
For the first time this month (and it figures it would happen at the end of it), we're supposed to get some rain. Not a lot, but more than just mist on cars. Go fig? I guess Winter isn't done with us yet...
22, wind gusting at 46 mph, snowing with up to 20" expected. Blizzard warning in effect until 12 noon tomorrow. Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.1-update1; en-us; SonyEricssonX10a Build/2.0.2.A.0.24) AppleWebKit/530.17 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/530.17
One blockbuster snow storm after another, we got about 7 inches today. Tomorrow we are forcasted for another foot. This makes storm number 9 since the begining of January, when will it end?!
I don't know how you guys do it. I am a weak-weathered Californian... I said this on FB and I'll say it here, I'll take earthquakes any day versus a relentless snowy Winter and endless Summer humidity. It's clear and 59 degrees here at 5:30pm. Perfect weather so far THIS year. Stay safe, all of you!
