I've never made it more than 3 days, even with minimal usage (minute or two a day), unless I leave the handset at home, where reception is 5/5 bars. I've never had as good of battery life with Verizon phone as I had with the Motorola v120e. Granted, I haven't had any other Motorola phones...

What's the longest you've made under normal handling?

I usually either get a day or two depending on usage, but I average about 100 minutes of usage per day and hundreds of texts per day, so the battery dies pretty quick.

When I had my A930 and my VX3300, I never really had any battery issues unless I acquired an analog signal (not applicable on the 930). With minimal use, I could get thru two or three days easily between charges on those phones. So far on my Q, I only managed a day with moderate use... because I'm always using it for something LOL

I usually got 7 days out of my phones depending on how often I used them.

That is a really long time. Not even my GSM phones lasted this long with my usage, lol.

Yes. I stopped service with Verizon last month, but before I did, my E815, 9900, and 8300, all went 7 days between a charge....Remember that battery life will differ from one person to the next depending on how often they use their phone, how it was charged initially, ect... I only use about 200 minutes per month, play games sometimes. Another thing that I've always done with the phones that I had was to keep EV-DO turned off on them when I wasn't using data on my phones, as well as turning off bluetooth when I wasn't using it.
The LG 8100, was the only phone that I had that was bad no mater how I used it, and that was the LG 8100. That phone only gave my about 3 days of battery life, even after Verizon replaced it for free.

My G'zOne was charged last night around the same time, so it's been 24 hours and the reception is 4 bars on both EVDO an 1x. I made a total of 7 minutes of call, and a few text messages. Battery level is already down to 2 out of 4 bars.

REALLY depends on stuff. If I say play around with stuff then it doesn't last long.

But if I leave it alone it lasts for like 2ish days.

I don't think I ever had a phone that lasted more than one day on a charge. With my typical data usage patterns, one day max. I usually have to charge it once during the day while at my desk -- this is a Samsung SCH-u540.

My Q needed several charges per day. My BlackBerry lasts for several days.

My G'zOne lasted less than 48 hours from full charge to low-battery shut-off, all with 12 minutes of call, most of time spent in 3/4 to 4/4 reception area.

My v120e, sitting at home, not activated, is past 72 hours, still have 2/3 bars on battery. I might reactivate that thing.

On my XV6700 i usually get a full day or less.

On my other phone (samsung) i get a few days out of it.

I think the best/longest battery life i got from a verizon phone (with heavy usage) was on the Motorola 270c. I would normally go about 5 days on that without charging.

I would get 3 days on my Treo 650 with heavy text, program and phone usage. No data though.
So far on my Q9m 24hrs at full bars.
