what program is needed to download nextel ring tones

    [i am new to trying to load my own ring please help me because i am into gospel music an they don't have much.. what program is easy to use and best for what i would need please please please help me::

    I've used what is called Webjal and it worked great. I'm sure there are other programs to use but i have no experience with them. :)
