Edit: Just noticed the OP also asked Why are they your favorites? What do your bookmarks say about you? I guess my bookmarks say that I like to keep up on what's going on in the world and I'm always looking up random stuff.

Others I go to on a regular basis are:

Merriam-Webster - dictionary/thesaurus because WA doesn't have a spell checker
Phonescoop - isn't it obvious? :lmao:
CNET - for gadget reviews and tech news
MacinTouch - Getting back into the Mac after 6 years of running Windows machines for work. My new Mac mini can do both! Typing this on an IBM/Lenovo X32 notebook that belongs to work.
