Lowest Is $3.59 in my area, but that could go up to $3.99 in some places, and lots of stations still don't have gas (like 50/50).
Recently in my area, diesel was actually cheaper than regular! Now 87 is cheaper, but they are close. In my area, 87 currently averages $3.75, while diesel currently averages $3.79.
Its at 2.95 here. I havent seen prices like that in a long time. Diesel was down too, its at 3.69 just about all over town. I'll try and get the pic I took of it off my phone.
It's now $3.67 along I-85 here in Gaffney. I was in Greenville, SC earlier, and the range is about $3.69 - $3.85.
Just got it for $3.59 at Wilco / Hess on US-29 in Spartanburg, and this is the cheapest I've seen it here since Hurricane Ike.
I just paid $3.259 for Sunoco 87 octane in Front Royal, Va. For once I bought gas cheaper than you! -Jay
At least we're not as bad as Georgia, where I believe most of that state is still over $4.00. :O By the way, gas is temporarily limited to $50 purchase per visit where I got it yesterday. Not that we needed that much, but we could use 2 different debit cards and get up to $100 worth.
I just checked gas price watch (dot) com and they are reporting $3.19 @ I-95, exit 29. I usually stop @ either exit 29 or exit 3 and fillup when going to Florida. -Jay
Gas went down 4 cents per gallon. It is now only $3.57/gallon while my friends and family that live in different states have it for a lot cheaper.
If it wasn't for Hurricane Ike, we'd be this low! Anyway, now it's $3.59 in Gaffney, I-85 Exit 92, but I just saw $3.49 in Spartanburg, I-85 Exit 80. Hopefully soon, we'll see our supply of refined gasoline in the southeast come back to normal levels.

I think what Gamer is trying to say is that I have been harassing him lately with pictures of the gas station signs here. Down to $2.81 this evening.
I don't think gas prices are all that bad now. I read an article that said if gas prices had kept up with inflation over the past 30 years that we should be paying around $3.00 to $3.25 which is real close to what we're getting right now. I just saw an Arco station at $3.30 for 87 which is good for So. Cal.
That is partly true. My sister in Nebraska has gas for around $2.93/gallon and my uncle in Michigan has gas for close to $3.00/gallon. I hate that Florida adds a lot of taxes to gas. But then again, we are a lot warmer than all of those places.
