What did you last pay for gas?

Everyone here does know about GPW right? You can enter a zip code or a city & state and get current gas prices at most stations.

$3.06 for 87 octane at RaceTrac. Most stations are between $3.06 to $3.11 for 87 octane.

It looks like gas has finally gone down a little.

 

That's one thing I hate about Florida, the high gas taxes. My family always gets gas at exit 3 in Georgia right before we enter Florida. We usually have enough gas to drive around Florida and get gas at exit 3 on the way back.

But you can say that it is not as bad as NY. I think tax wise, NY is either the top or may be number 2.

 

OK, I WIN. Might as well close this thread now... I got gas today for $0.289! Someone screwed up programming the pumps I guess, as the sign out front said $2.799, 2.899, 2.999. Midgrade was .289! I couldn't even get $4 in the truck. I went back an hour later with another car and they had already fixed it though.

Lucky Time to go buy a lottery ticket

Gas is about 3.17 here now. It was up to 3.50

 

This sure sounds like some one is going to loos the job over. I wonder how much they lost with that mistake. Wow, you can consider your self to be lucky.

 

I guess so. Today must be my lucky day. I was going to yard sales today and I found a Singer model 221 sewing machine for $5. That machine is worth over $300. I also picked up a western electric phone with a "Confidencer" attachment for $1. I've never seen one of those before.

We're down to $2.89 for 87 octane now.

 

3.19 for 87 octane, it's nice having the prices be somewhat lower than they were a few weeks ago.

And now it's down to $2.85. Here's hoping it stays there or goes down again, since tomorrow is payday.

The prices around here are between $2.99 to $3.07 for 87 octane.

 

I paid $2.76 for 87 @ Wawa in Centreville yesterday.

$2.96 for 91 at Conoco, yesterday.

 

$2.96 at shell today, the 1st time ive paid for gas under $3 in sometime.

 

I paid $3.07 for 87 octane in Las Vegas on Wednesday. Here in Salt Lake it's at least $3.15, and that's for the 85 octane stuff.

 

We're down to $2.81 for 87 octane now.

I will be leaving for Nebraska today, and I will have to see their gas prices and compare them to mine while I am out there with my family.
