    The last I paid for gas was at Site.

    It was $2.33 for 87 octane.

    Shell, where I normally go, is $2.36 for 87 octane

    In my city, it ranges between $2.39 to $2.45 per gallon for 87 octane.

    Well, the second-to-last time I filled up with gas, I filled my old car (BMW 325i) with 15.005 gallons at $2.79 (= $42.00) and got to drive 285 miles on that tank.

    Now I have my new car, a Honda Civic hybrid (which doesn't suck! really!) which I had to fill up for the first time with 10.400 gallons of regular 87 gas at $2.499 (= $26.00) and got to drive 450 miles!!

    Yay for way, way lower gas bills, for being able to drive solo in the carpool lane, for being able to park for free at parking meters, and for $2,100 tax credit!

    Here in PA, at the shell station its 2.43, and the wawa is like 2.21, and exxon is outrageous as usual.....i wonder if we will see the days of 2.09 around here again??:( :(
