I thought the following was a very well done, visual quick-glance comparison. I can see it being a good reference for typical consumers: http://newatlas.com/iphone-7-plus-galaxy-s7-edge-comparison/45433/
I'm not certain this comparison would cause a long time IOS or Android user to make a switch. I also have always thought raw specs without interpretation are unhelpful to many users. Especially non technical users. We already discussed how to evaluate screen resolutions in another thread, by not looking at a single value. Same is true of RAM. iPhones have always used less RAM than other phones, yet Apple seems to use the RAM more efficiently, as various performance tests equal and mostly outperformed android units. Really, deciding whether to use 2 or 3Mb of RAM is not a cost issue in the grand scheme of things. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
@viewfly: Ok, I respect your viewpoint-fly. I thought that, with real world usage aside, it was a fair comparison of both good and bad points for both machines. I agree that it probably wouldn't cause a person to switch, but it may help a person be better informed. What I liked about it most was that it was a quick visual comparison. It seems the more I struggle with health, the more attention-deficient I become. "Drop the fluff and give me the facts." And now for a kitten break (the second one is hilarious!) http://boingboing.net/2016/09/16/here-are-27-photos-of-sleeping.html
