I am just about as far as you possibly can be from NC, and still be in Virginia. Sterling is in Loudoun County, along the Fairfax County border. I am about 5 miles from Dulles Int'l airport, and about 25 miles west of DC. -Jay
OK i understand now why you have gsm coverage in rural areas. here in Eastern , north Carolina some rural areas you may drive five miles and not see one house. so like that whats rural to you and the guy in Georgia that got a little huffy would be different. it all makes sents now rural doesn't mean the same thing to every one.
rural to me just means you are in the woods/country. the only thing out there is sparatic houses and the occasional gas station. basically 70% of GA id say roughly.
