So I'm currently a verizon customer, I have my family plan and wireless broadband plans through Alltel.
I'm looking for a way to cancel my Wireless Broadband line. From what I've read I can transfer my line over to someone else, but I don't know if verizon even allows that? Is that the only way out of the early termination fee?

Yes Verizon allows that and yes this is a legal means of getting out of a contract.
