Not sure if you still have the same number Yello or if Delta and Ceno do but I still have those in my phone. I lost Nicks though. Oh, and by the way, the T720 was the second Verizon phone with a color LCD. The Z800 was the first and could do MIDI ringtones which was amazing at the time. You could even make them yourself. lol
Wow...I have missed this thread for a few weeks! Yankees...no problem :thumb: Always willing to help your mental state out there buddy! Haha....Anthro, I knew you would know....but did you click it anyhow? Just curious!
haha, i just had to watch that again right now...just a fantastic way to start off my day WEE LIKEE THE MOOONNNN!!!!
Yup, still got the same number. The same since I was on Bell Atlantic Mobile... I know Ceno's still at the same number. Haven't talked to Delta in a long time You're right! I forgot about the Z800! Wasn't that a real POS?
No way! I still have Ceno's number too. It just sits in my phone. I think my number has changed about 15 times since I gave him mine. As for the Z800, is that the phone that was "backward" in some way...with an antenna at the bottom or something?
Nope, haven't talked to them in a couple of years. I go through my phonebook and think to myself that I should send them a text or something and then get busy and never actually do it. Yes, the Z800 had the antenna on the top of the clamshell. Very odd design. Phone wasn't too bad when they first came out but didn't age well. After about a year or so they started having issues.
I've talked to Ceno a few times on My Space... need to send him an e-mail since it's been a while. Can't remember the last time I e-mailed Delta but it was probably within the last two years. I also e-mailed XprtCop in the last two years, I think. Good to see you Yello and Rally! Rally, I noticed you were back last week but I've been so freakin' busy at work that I haven' t had much time to moderate up in this piece. I feel like I'm missing so much, what with all the awesome upgrades Joe and ConqSoft (whose new username I forget... forgive me) are doing to the website. Late 2002 is when I joined the forums here... before that I had been using the site and the forums as a resource but the Motorola forum (which was about 50% about phones and 50% about movies or whatever random crap people wanted to talk about) was pretty much the reason I joined. I wanted to drool over the v600, which I did... a lot. Those were good times... I think of them often as the salad days of WA. WA and many of the people mentioned in Rallykid's original post are the reason I know so much about phones and the wireless industry. What a great thread!
Dang there's a lot of name dropping goin' on in this thread. Hooligan emailed me, so I thought I'd drop by and let you all know that I'm not dead, just very busy 99% of the time now, as Yello said. And with my current job, my visiting of sites like this is closely scrutinized. I'll try to stop in more often (it's probably been 2 years since I've been here), but you're all welcome to drop me a txt or an email any time. My number's the same as it's always been. Nice to see that the old gang is all well and mostly accounted for. I had almost forgotten about the moon song. Classic.
It is nice to also see you around WA again, YelloMunky. You need to come back and visit the forums some more especially with all of the upgrades that have taken place.
Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows 98; PalmSource/Palm-D062; Blazer/4.5) 16;320x320) wow that is a lot of times to change your number
Well it hasn't been that many! I think I had two numbers in Ohio, then I moved to AZ, got a new number. CHanged that number because a crazy chick wouldn't leave me alone. So I guess I had 4 numbers
Wow! Good times... good times. I really miss Delta dropping that link in every thread from here to, well, the moon.
