I have no problem taking & savings pictures with my V3 (Cingular). When I view the picture it is fine. However, when I try to apply the photo as wallpaper the picture is split. It appears twice. The same picture is on the top 65% of the screen and again on the bottom 35% of the screen. Any ideas???

Try goin into your personal options and see if your wallpaper is set on 'fit to screen'. I have a feeling its not. Changing that should fix your problem.

Glad to hear you got your issue resolved, and Kudos to Ashley for pointing out the obvious (at least to me). I would have never thought of that. I'm usually in there doing the complicated changes to a phone, I often don't think about the simple ones that don't require a USB cable & special software.
