    Didn't Sprint take over all Qwest sites in Montana, and that's one of the reasons they now have native coverage in parts of the state?

    That means that you are connecting to VZW on PCS 1900 for that call, so the 1900 is up & running at that cell site.

    Well, it is allowing me to idle on 1900 today, & I wasn't able to get on 1900 Monday, so the "every 5th day" hypothisis didn't hold up.... :)

    *22807 in the Boston area still produced "system access failed" on my prepay Nokia.

    However, *22803 produced a recording "Welcome to Sprint." :D
