I don't understand why can't Verizon VZServe generate call ditails within this current month. I would like to know what calls were made out yesterday, instead of waiting till next month to see yesterday call details. I am able to do that with Cingular, but why not VZServe? Is it really that hard to general call details?
It's because your billing details can only be updated monthly. It's the way Verizon has always been. Even when your cycle ends on, say the 1st for example, it still takes another 4-5 business days to see it on VZServe.
