I just purchased a LG 510 data kit. It includes a XMA serial port data cable and software. I was told that it would work with my VX4400. I tried to use the software and cable on my laptop and discovered it wouldn't. I called verizon and they couldn't get it to work either. LG says the cable is compatible but the software isn't. How do I use the cable and be able to use my phone as a modem for dialup internet access?
