When I turn on the display field test, it says 27 degrees C on the display. Looking over at my thermometer a few feet away, it reads the same temp. Does the VX10 have a thermometer, is this coincidence? Why would they put a thermometer in a phone???

    -chris (confused).

That is so if the phone gets too hot it will shut itself down instead of cooking the components. Think of it as a thermal safety switch.

How do you turn on the display field test? That sounds cool. I didn't know I had a thermometer in my phone.

It took me like 3 hours to come to that conclusion. I was looking at the phone and thinking "What a weird looking speaker cover". Then I started thinking about the mirror that was mentioned and I was able to put 2 and 2 together. Sometimes I am kind of slow. *L*
