Trust me - I searched for a post to answer this query and found nothing...sort of odd. In any event, VZW set's speed dial #1 for voice mail. On my other phones, I've been able to edit that entry to add a # and hard-pause or two, plus my voice mail code. Makes for easy one-buton access to voice mail. I can't seem to get this to work on the 9400. I can use a different speed dial position, but I'd prefer not to. Any suggestions? Thanks! Oppie
