Hi, I've recently purchased a Nokia 3589i. I'm wondering if anyone else thinks the volume on this phone seems low. I used to use a Nokia 6160 and I rarely had to turn the volume up past about 1/2. With the 3589, I've got it turned all the way up, and can barely hear it when I'm driving with the windows down.

Anyone else notice this with their 3589i? The ringer volume will wake the dead, so it seems strange that the speaker volume is so low.

Otherwise, I love this phone. Great reception!!

Sorry I haven't had that problem with mine. I think it's half way or a little past but even at 2 up in the car I can hear it... If everything else is great... Try a headset. I went and got the Platronic's one from Verizon... works great! That might help with the car situation...because then the volume is more concentrated.... I actually turn mine down when the headset is being used as I don't want to blow out my eardrum.

    Good luck.
