Since this question has come up many times about AT&T voicemail numbers (as there is a long thread on this forum about this very issue), I thought I'd post a resource web site created by WA member BillRadio. It is a spin-off site from his main Mountain Wireless site. I found out about this site from a post BillRadio made on Howard Forums.

This new site gives information and numbers of voicemail centers for the 6 largest US carriers.

"Back Door" Voice Mail Access Numbers

It should be noted that some of the numbers listed may have been taken out of service by the carrier. All this info and more is found on the site.

Thank you BillRadio for such an awesome and exhaustive resource.

thank you, but the number for area code 304-687 isn't on there. If there is any way to get this number I would greatly appreciate it.

As I stated in a different thread on the same topic, AT&T does not have numbers for every area code and/or location.

You can try to use numbers from area codes adjacent to WV from Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Virginia, depending where you are in the state. There are no long distant charges for accessing VM.

I just checked, my voicemail number is registered to a suburb of Baltimore, MD ~100 miles away from the exchange my cell phone uses. Try 410.530.4141. They may use the same number in the entire DC market.

I tried two different numbers that have att and a different exchange. One is 380 and the other is 688 and neither will work. It seems they have a voicemail number for each exchange. Thank you again for helping! There must be some what to get it. lol

Again, if worse come to worse, call AT&T for the appropriate number for your area.
