In the beginning of December, My voicemail quit working. I've filed trouble tickets reporting the problem. They said it will be a maximum of two weeks to fix the problem. It is now been longer than that. I've called and I'm told by tech support that they cannot do anything about it. It has been forwarded to the field tech to fix. If I was that field tech taking this long to fix this, I would of been fired by now. Any suggestions on what I can do?
