My voicemail alert seems to no longer work. I checked my phones settings and
it is set as it always has been.
Now if I miss a call and they leave me a voicemail, I don't get any notification
on my phone that a voicemail has been left. It seems to have started about a week
ago, as I found that my voicemail has 11 unplayed messages.
Any idea what may be causing no alerts being displayed ?
    Thanks

Something is wrong with your MWI and it needs to be reset in the MTSO, call Alltel technical support from another phone (1-800-Alltel-1) and have them check your line to fix the issue.

You forgot to tell them Option 3. Don't call CS in regards to it.
