I have a RAZR V3c with Verizon. There is no Voice Record Option under the Tools Menu although the manual clearly indicated that it has that feature.

Anyone have a similar experience or perhaps know a fix?

    Thanks,

    Brad

Thanks for the response and the helpful information.

I guess that means that voice note recording isn't a part of the phone tools on the RAZR V3c as in previous Motorola phones and now has to be downloaded (and likely paid for as an extra) using the Get It Now service.

Nothing to download and nothing to pay for.

Yeah, the whole get it now thing is confusing. I thought get it now was just to download stuff (that you have to pay for) but turns out so many functions are accessed through get it now that it's completely different than what I thought. You view your music and ringtones through there, and your pix and flix, and who knows what else. It really should be part of the phone though, it's too confusing!
