I was just curious what the purpose is for using the voice activation on the 710 for opening the camera or seeing recent calls etc. I mean I love the name dial and digit dial feature but the camera feature makes no sense. You first hit the button then say camera and the the camera function is activated. However you can reach up and push the button on the right top outside of the phone and that will activate the camera as well. Now if you could also say take picture or capture after you said camera then I could understand the feature and that would actually be cool but as far as I can see you can't. Any one have a take on this?
if you are driving and cant look at the phone for too long maybe also, can you use the headsets for the voice activation?
True, true, but you still have to look at the phone and push the button on the phone to make the camera work. Like I said it would be cool if you could "say" capture or take picture, then it would make more sense and be cool.
