Is there someone here that works for Sprint that can tell me why the heck I can not access the web on my handset? I have a 4900 and I keep getting the 1012 error message. I have called a couple time and have opened a ticket.....was told to leave my phone on and make sure I was in the Sprint PCS area and I would get an OTA update with my username....that was at 11:00am this morning still nothing.
