Does anyone have an email address or know a way to contact them about areas that have low service and need more towers in the area??
The best way would be to use the Contact Us Link under Support on the web site. Then you can choose Network and Coverage as the topic and then How do I report a network service or coverage issue as a secondary topic. As for an actual email address, I didn't see one.
