brand new here to forum posting world.
My hubby needs new phone currently uses old Samsung no feature phone with excellent reception inside our home, but battery is only last less than 6 hrs.
He needs no real features but phone however he is interested in camera..(prob won't use) I am interested in him being able to assign ring tones to certain callers ie WIFE so he will answer the darn phone.
Oh he prefers old style flip open phone.
I have had Palm with excellent reception, now with LG ENV3 with great reception, just sent back LG Chocolate with NO reception
    Thanks for any suggestions.:)

I would recommend either the LG VX8360 or the Motorola W766. I would say if you would like to continue to have good reception I would go for the W766. Also both phones will allow you to set individual ring tones for each contact.

I'd almost say Blackberry Pearls actually do quite well but I don't think that's what you want.

The W766 would be the perfect choice. If you get a BB you would have to get a data plan with it which seems like an over kill IMO if he just wants a basic phone.
