Verizon Billing problems in NJ

    Hi!

    A bunch of people (Verizon subscribers) that I have talked to, here in NJ, have mentioned numerous incidents where they were overcharged or otherwise billed erroneously by Verizon. Has anyone come across any such problems?

    I'd also appreciate input from ATT subscribers with similar experiences.

    I haven't heard many people complain about Verizon billing at all.
