Verizon and Alltel to merge?

    and ALLTEL seems to have really low prices now as it is.......T-MObile being their only competition.........Sprint has some pretty low prices also.......not inlcuding SERO :biggrin:

    Verizon (Old:Alltel, Nextel, At&t, USCC, Cricket)
    You could have just signed with Alltel, got better prices and forced your nam to Verizon at home. Heck you could do that with Sprint too. I force to Verizon at my house because I am closer to a new Verizon tower but enjoy the low prices and flexibility of Alltel. When I leave my home, I force back to Alltel.

    Alltel has GSM roaming set up on the network they obtained from Western Wireless. Even though they are a CDMA carrier, they operate a GSM network, also.
