I am very confused--the Verizon 1x ExpressNet rate plans are so much more expensive than the regular rate plans it makes no sense. Palm.Net has plans at $10 all the way to $50. Why is ExpressNet on Verizon soooo expensive? I asked if I could buy my regular AmerChoice PLUS an ExpressNet plan and they said no. They said you can have an unlimited ExpressNet plan for $99, but each voice call is way higher per minute than it should be, with no nights and weekends? Can someone please explain what Verizon is looking for here? I feel like these rate plans are only useful for those with the Sierra AirCard who are high volume traveling laptop users.....not folks with occasional ExpressNet needs who talk voice mostly.
