I just got the v60s for Verizon. It comes with limited lackluster ringtones. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to how to add new ringtones and where to get them. Also do I need a PC cable? Thanks.
There was a thread about this earlier, if you go to vtext.com you can download ringers to the v60p. What we're all wondering is since the v60s is just a v60p w/o the PTT feature, can it accept the ringers? If you try it out let us know how it works! http://www.vtext.com
thanks Ryan. I went to www.vtext.com and there is no entry for the v60s, only the v60p. So I registered with that and it works just fine. I'm rockin out to axel f once again.
ah-ha! finally someone can confirm that the 60s can download the 60p ringers! this would make sense since some people are discovering that their v60s's are just v60p's with different s/w and a disabled PTT feature, some other have even had verizon techs tell them they had a v60p based on their computer information. looks like these two phones go hand in hand after all.
