I have the V3M from Verizon Wireless. I am trying to sync with wmp10. I dowloaded all the needed drivers from the music essentials kit. I think there is a problem with the phone. When i go to get it now and go to the sync option my phone just sits there like it freezes up. How long should this process take?
My V3m is doing the same thing. How did you fix this? When I select "SYNC MUSIC" on the phone, it freezes. I haven't a clue why. Please help. Bob
I am not suggesting that this is the fix-all for your probelm but I have been syncing my v3m with wmp11 not 10 and its been working fine. Maybe you can upgrade to 11 and this might solve your problem. -- rg56
