V3m OBEX Problem

I picked up a V3m today. The full retail price went down to $219.

I did the MPT/OBEX seem edit (2742 6a 0 on) The multimedia file transfer turns up on MPT now after I had to setup the phone up as a V3cm phone.

With the Bluetooth I cannot get the OBEX to show up. It just recognizes headset and dial-up features but no file transfers.

I can't figure out why since the MPT file transfer works. I also downloaded the the 2742 seem and it shows the fix stuck okay.

Any ideas why the OBEX won't work?

I did the seem edit but it only works for the MPT file transfers and not OBEX.

 

Thanks. I was reading about that on Howards but I can live with just MPT for now.
