I have a Motorola RAZR V3m that I got last Friday. I also have a Transflash card which I have used to get music on the RAZR. I can connect my RAZR to the computer with a USB cable, but al that happens is the phone charges. I am running Mac OS X 10.4.4. I cannot get my Mac to recognize the RAZR in any capacity. Any help in getting the Mac to recognize my phone is appreciated.

Make sure you have an OEM Moto cable. I had all kinds of problems with a non-OEM cable.

Keep in mind, your transflash card will not show up on the Mac as an attached drive while it's in the RAZR. You need the SD adapter and a card reader.

Also try plugging your cable into a USB port on the Mac or a powered hub rather than through a non-powered port. If you're going through the keyboard port, there's probably not enough juice to light the RAZR up. Open iSync after you hook up the RAZR and if it doesn't show up, use the scan command to try to find it.

I've been able to synch my contacts on a V710 and a T720 with the Mac's Address Book via USB on two different Macs so it should work.

You might want to look at some software that will work on the MAC. I do not know if BitPim will run on the MAC, but it is a great FREE tool for this.

You might even try to install the driver:
    http://www.bvrp.com/Customers/Motorola/DriverTool.zip

Again, do not know if it will work on the MAC.

Would not hurt to look on the Motorola web site to see if there is anything there.

I hope this will help to get you started in the right direction.
