Ok I have the scp 2300 and I just bought the a640 samsing, How would I go about switching the service on the phone. Also If i have have to go up to sprint does the primary of the account have to be there.
You just call customer service from a landline phone and tell them you want to do an ESN swap. They will give you the instructions on how to switch over. You will need the account password and possibly the last 4 numbers of the primary's social security card when you talk to customer service. If you go into a store they might require that the primary account holder be there. Also remember an activation fee of $36 will apply.
the account password is the password that your use to get into the online interface to check the account......the Sprint MyPCS...... either one will work (last 4 of SSN or account password)
yeah then you can actually talk to a person................its easier for some reason....maybe its psychological :biggrin:
