I called T Mobile last week to inquire when I can cancel service since I am moving to Verizon. My service expires today. Next thing I know I get a package from T Mobile with a Blackberry in it. I DID NOT ask no request this phone. I am cancelling service today. So what do I do now???
I guess the first thing to do is log into your account online and see if they put you back into a contract. -Jay
Ok, I have AT&T and I can check my contract status online. I figured TMO would have something similar. -Jay
yeah call and check your contract if it was renewed just send the phone back we don't usually send out a phone without a contract or without agreement by customer to purchase one. I am sure all will be fine on your acct if there was a charge it will be refunded for you. You have 14 days from the date you received the phone to return it
my friend had AT&T and he just got sent a random Blackberry.....didnt even ask for it......he popped in his SIM and went for a ride......then his mom told him to send it back...... but it's just a screw up in the warehouse
I thought if one got something without ordering something (from wherever), one can do with it what one wants...a freebie.
i think that it's not rightfully yours if it was sent to you by mistake....if you were to call the company and ask about it and they told you to keep it then by all means but how would they get it back from you otherwise unless you freely gave it back and i think that constitutes theft
