Hi there. Got a problem with a BLU T200 Dejay, a rather new brand on the market. When the keypad is locked, it says to use '#' or 'send key' to unlock it. However, that doesn't work for me. Am I missing something. Does anyone have experience with that? BTW, I don't know if it makes a difference, but there is no sim card in it yet. I wrote to the manufacturer; they say I need to update the software ??? Weird. Thanks for your tips.
Nokia had a similar unlock sequence in phones many years ago. I'd press the Send key (to wake up the phone) and then press the "#" (pound) key to unlock. Try your user manual. If can't find it or don't have it, look for it on the web. As a last resort, talk to the person you bought it from. I noted you posted on another board with more info. I am not 100% sure, but I'd recommend you at least try putting the sim card in and then see if it works. You are not going to hurt the phone or the sim card by trying it. I found their website but no online manual: http://www.bluproducts.com/pro-detail/deejayPlus
I generally used to lock the keypad by holding A and unlock by pressing alt+call. But i can't able to unlock it for a long time please suggest me the way for continuing unlocking?
