When I log into Sprint.com it shows "Unknown Device" where it used to show my a920. I'm concerned only because I added TEP 2 days ago, and say my phone is lost....I just see this or something screwing me.
Probably just a website error. The phone's ESN contains all the info as to which device you own, and as long as that is in Sprint's system you are fine.
did you lose your phone? I would call technical support, because customer care are a bunch of stupid telemarketers (lol). Ask them if they can check to make sure that your ESN was not flagged as stolen, and have them please maybe even do a ticket for your website access. Sometimes what may seem insignificant, can snowball into something much worse if you don't "attack" it right away.
