I just have a question and I was thinking about this today. Do you think there will be a day when Sprint will have more of a Universal customer service agent instead of having so many little departments. I understand some people like this idea. But it can be a hassle when I have a question and call for an answer thinking I called the right place and be transfered. I just mainly have experience on Verizon and it just seems to me that the Verizon agents are more prone to do more than one or two things. Not trying to start a vzw vs sprint just vzw is my only other experience.
I agree. You wait 15 minutes to get someone, then you get put on hold because they don't know what they're doing. CS was better last year.
